In the town of the 16th Century Council, this refined residence differs from its setting yet still exudes warm congeniality.

Teak. A preeminent wood from subtropical forests. Its soft, yet compact fibre and golden-bronze tones sometimes also tinged in a warm brown shade with a touch of red. The owners have skilfully integrated the elegance of the wood flooring with clean and essential lines, eschewing the superfluous accentuating the warm, natural effect of the wood.
